Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance will be collected at the time of your first service (for series or package bookings).

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Cancellations or no-show appointments within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text at the time of booking, along with a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. These notifications are provided as a courtesy to help you plan accordingly and ensure our providers’ time is respected.

Functional & Medical-Based Services

Certain services and packages require a licensed medical professional to be present. Due to provider scheduling and preparation:

  • Functional medicine and medical aesthetic services are subject to an additional $75 cancellation fee, in addition to the forfeited 50% deposit, for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. This fee helps cover medical provider compensation and reserved clinical time.

Series & Package Appointments

Deposits for services booked as part of a series or package are non-refundable and applied toward the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments may be deducted from the package at the discretion of Care Esthetics Wellness Spa.

How Do I Prepare For My First Visit At CARE Esthetics Wellness Spa?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a list of any current supplements or medications you are taking when you visit our wellness spa.

Our wellness practice operates on a private-pay model, ensuring we can provide the time and personalized attention your care requires.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule, to help us maintain a smooth schedule for all patients at our wellness spa.
